Reindex App is provided by:
Handling of all personal data in Reindex App is regulated in the general data processing agreement entered into between the library or the institution or organization that offers the app, and Reindex.
Reindex App does not store any other personal data than those registered in the Library's database about each user.
The use of the mobile phone's camera is used exclusively for reading QR codes in connection with user registration and barcodes on library material.
Login to the Reindex App is based on an existing login in the Reindex library service.
The user's login is stored in the mobile phone's storage in encrypted form.
All data regarding account information and other (loans, reservations, etc.) is also transferred encrypted.
From the existing login to the Reindex library service, the user can check the personal information that the library has registered at any time. This is done after logging in under the menu item My data.
In the same place you can delete your information if you have no outstanding debts with the library, and you can change any incorrect data.
